Parent’s comments:
This is a successful placement for my son because of the continuity of staff
and the consistently high standard of involvement from his key worker.
West London Community College (and The Old Vicarage) have been a godsend. My son, before his placement was agoraphobic, highly anxious and very deeply depressed. Since beginning at the College the transformation has been phenomenal. I now have my smiling, funny, talkative son back. His confidence has improved and relatives/friends have been moved to tears at the progress he has made. This has to be down to the skill of the staff, who works as a team to create a dove tailed dual placement.
From day one at the College, we could see that this was the right place for him. We find it to be a nice location, quiet and very educational. The staff are friendly and very keen to pursue help and advice for students/parents/carers. In the six months that our Son has attended the College we have more confidence in his every day life.
